Over 1.095 days of learnings, building a remote talent company, written down.

Building a company is hard.

Building a remote company maybe harder.

We learned the hard way.

We made tons of mistakes.

We changed our onboarding plan over a 100 times…

We switched from One Drive, to G-suite, to Notion to Coda…

We tested different ways to stay connected working fully remote…

We created career plans and evaluation cycles only to adjust them again.
